The ChiFit Training System is delivered entirely as a digital product with no recoverability once it is delivered and no returns accepted. Any error in online payment will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and we will not be liable to refund.

Your programs are delivered entirely online. They are web based. No Physical product will be sent in the mail. You will get an exclusive app access for the period of subscription to any particular program. We may disseminate the information as we see fit. The timing is set so that if you follow the program exactly as it is designed, do not skip rest days and do not double up workout days than the next phase of your training will be ready and waiting for you without any downtime.

1. It is understood that any and all packages delivered to international customers (defined as anywhere outside India) will/may require clearance through customs which can cause an unpredictable delay of shipment. All the products are delivered digitally through mobile app and web access. There may be a time gap of 7 to 10 days from the time of purchase till the time of delivery of program due to back end work of creating login and other details.

Each party shall bear one half of the arbitration fees and costs incurred, and each party is responsible for its own lawyer fees.
