It all started with 2 situations, one the roka ceremony of my cousin and I saw the pics, the other was my knee pain. And that’s it, the realisation was to take care of my health and weight is must. In past few days, I was already in touch with Chirag. My journey began on 1 December as a goal to not only reduce weight but also to build my energy back. The key things which I learnt from him in this journey are

1) To chose the correct food for self. He has explained and monitored my food habits for almost a month and then I was habituated to pick up right portions and options.

2) The workouts which he came up with helped me gradually build my stamina and then increase the intensity- again this is added to my routine as a habit. Now I can’t feel better without a workout in a day. Moment I miss it, its feeling like I have fasted today.

3) The other best thing which he helped is to always sought happiness in life. His initial conversation on these aspects i use to wonder if the well being is so linked to what you think and how you live. But ya his words I remember something which you can’t change don’t bother else your cortisol will release bad energy to impact your weight. And what better can motivate a gal to stay happy and away from stress ….

4) I am made self sufficient to monitor my weight and act in life now, the day I feel I have broken all eating rules I mend myself the very next meal. Its easy to say ‘NO’ to the unwanted foods even a cake or chocolate when you know that is not bringing good nutrients to you. Its best when my daughter ? says  -this is not mom will have or it doesn’t fit for diet or isme protein nahi hain. Such an amazing journey from 71.5 kgs to 65 kgs and a leaner me and its still going on..  with loads of smile in mirror All thanks to Chirag and also to my family to support the change in food selection right from sugarless tea for all to change in salt in kitchen..
